Honey Dollar Blends ships to all provinces within South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days of successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation & Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Delivery timeframes and costs depend on the delivery method selected at checkout:

Delivery delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Honey Dollar Blends, though we will assist in resolving any issues.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of the order. The exact fee is displayed before you confirm and pay for your order.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, we send a tracking number to the email address or contact number on your order. You can use this number on the courier's website to follow your parcel.

Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail because no one is available, or the address is incorrect or inaccessible, the parcel is returned to us. Re-delivery is charged at the standard shipping rate.

Please make sure the delivery address and contact number on your order are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address you provided incorrectly.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated lead time, contact us at honeydollarssss@gmail.comwithin 7 days of dispatch and we will investigate with the courier.
