These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every purchase made from Honey Dollar Blends ("we", "us", "our") through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We make every effort to display product photographs and descriptions accurately, but slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing batches.

We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and product availability at any time. Prices in effect at the time you place an order apply to that order.

An order placed on our store is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is only formed once we have received full payment and sent you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case we will refund any payment received in full.

Payments are processed through a registered South African payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. Goods are only dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss and damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address on your order.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which reflects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

Personal information collected in the course of an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

All content on our store, including logos, product photography, and written descriptions, is the property of Honey Dollar Blends or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the sale of goods is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.
